Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) admitted there is no temporary disposal site (TPS) in Jatinegara Barat Flat, Kampung Melayu Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. So that, truck prepared to transport the trash every day.

KPAI Recommended Additional Facilities in Jatinegara Barat FlatHe already instructed Jakarta Dept. of City Cleansing to deploy the truck to avoid a trash mounting around the flat.
In the future, Basuki added, the flat development will be completed with incinerator in order to ease manage the trash.
"Later, there will be no trash transported outside the flat," he added.
Meanwhile, Ali Maulana, City Cleansing Department Vice, explained the garbage bin auction is still in progress. There will be 50 up to 60 bins placed in the flat.
He hoped the flat's occupants are actively moving the trash to truck.
"They can use elevator to ease the trash moving," he stated.
